Melbourne Cup Event

On Melbourne Cup Day - the first Tuesday in November, an event is held in the Community Centre for resident participation.

Small money sweeps are run, so you can be part of the big race and have one or more horses to cheer on.

There is often also a catered event at the venue where you can get together with your friends on a table with champagne and munchies, and enjoy the time together.

The Big Race is shown on the TV screens and gives everyone the chance of a front row seat!
