Regular communal area, and resident front lawn maintenance and gardening is carried out by the gardeners on a scheduled basis. If extra maintenance is required in front yards, it should be lodged as a request on the VM or at the Admin desk. All back yard, or resident designed front yard jobs are the responsibility of the resident, or their privately engaged garden maintenance persons.
