Purpose of the Association The purpose of the Association is to serve the interests of its Membership, the Residents of Bellarine Springs. It will: 1. Encourage, support and promote the wellbeing of Members, welcome them to Village life and support them in times of difficulty; 2. Represent and advocate for Members in matters which the Association deems  appropriate; including negotiations with Village Management and Village Owners on matters of interest to the general Membership; 3. Establish and support an organisational structure that facilitates the development of activities and events which enhance the enjoyment of Village life; and 4. Review and where necessary modify the role and functions of the Association and its organisational structures to meet changing circumstances. ​ ​Who is eligible to be a Member? All residents of the Village who are party to a Residence and Management  Agreement with Clifton Springs (Holdings) Pty Ltd and with Bellarine Springs Pty Ltd are eligible to become Members of the Association. Completion of a Registration Form is required. There shall be no fee or annual subscription required of Members.

President - Sue Kuter

My role involves coordinating BSRA activities, chairing committee meetings and keeping the rest of the committee in check. No easy task I can assure you.

The role of the Vice President is to assist the President and deputise for her when necessary, at meetings and events.

Secretary - Glynis Jones 

The Secretary coordinates all the administrative tasks of the BSRA. This includes taking Minutes at meetings, distributing to residents and responding to questions and comments from residents

Treasurer - Rick Goss

I look after all financial aspects of the BSRA. I bank income from the Bar, make payments on invoices and advise the committee on financial matters.

IT Co-ordinator - Delia Jenkins

I look after the IT aspects of the BSRA, including administering our Facebook page. I also provide assistance to residents in resolving their IT issues.

Welcome Co-ordinator -
Gayle McNiece

I welcome new village residents and provide them with a Welcome Pack. I am their first point of contact if they have any questions during their first few weeks.

Social Events Co-ordinator - Sandra Adams

My role involves coordinating social activities put on by the BSRA. These include the Christmas Lunch & Dinner, Paella Nights etc..

Catering Co-ordinator -
Jayne Huson

My role is to coordinate the catering needs of the BSRA. I organise and cater for the monthly Morning Teas and other events the BSRA may run throughout the year.

Together with Sandra Adams, my role involves coordinating social activities put on by the BSRA. Example, visits from organisations such as Jill's Shoes.
